His longevity at the top of his field is based on his experience and insider's knowledge, coupled with a provocative presentation that takes an uncompromising look at the tumultuous world of professional sports. I haven't read The QB Badboy and Me, but it's not necessary to to read this one. Maybe that was because of my own high school experience, but whatever it was I found their reality harder to imagine, and therefore relate to.This is officially part of the list of my favourite books ever.
This was a sweet YA read. Right from the start they would promise their parents one thing and they go and do what they promised not too with no or very little regard. Leroy and Ellie are relatable characters but the author could have added flaws to make them more intriguing.
