When Rhysand takes her to the Night Court for a second time, she spends most of her time alone and reading books, after learning to read and write under Rhysand's teachings and teasing. Feyre is dealing with the aftermath of the war, and her sister Nesta. She thinks after being married, things will be better between her and Tamlin and eventually, a mating bond will occur. In A Court of Frost and Starlight and A Court of Silver Flames, the two remain close. They realize, that only Koschei, the sorcerer who imprisoned Vassa, would be able to winnow and send aid to Briallyn. Once Cassian is healed, he and Nesta go visit her old house. A healer named Madja is present and says the baby is "wedged in the birth canal" (728). So, Ive decided to write a recap/summary for those who dont want to read the book but still want to know what happens. During the Tithe, a tax collection Tamlin assembles for all members of his lands, Feyre helps a water-wraith pay her debt, a fact that infuriates Tamlin. At the library, Nesta struggles to reach a book because her legs are so sore. Feyre also inherited a fraction of all seven High Lord's powers, and as a result, she is able to track hidden objects through that power and use those abilities together. Nesta points her finger at Tamlin like she did with the King of Hybern and he backs down. Even before he is born, Feyre was shown to love him very much, such as when she found out about the danger of her pregnancy, she chose not to panic so Nyx wouldn't feel those emotions. Although initially the relationship with Tamlin is unwelcomed, he eventually gains Feyre's trust and interest. After meeting with Lucien and the others, Cassian went to Rhys. After asking her what her name is and she lies saying her name is Clare Beddor, he leaves. She denies his offer and they end up parting ways. Nesta responds to Elain asking her how she was by saying that she didnt have a choice in going up to the House so she cant really enjoy herself. They often go out for drinks together. They manage to flee from the brothers and cross the border into the Winter Court but are once again attacked by Lucien's brothers and are only saved when Cassian and Azriel come to their rescue and take them away to Velaris along with Morrigan. At the end, Cassian realizes something that will help Nesta train. Amren tends to be blunt and honest with Feyre when she needs to be, but she does care for Feyre. But when she died, the seven high Lords resurrected her. Cassian realized that Nesta wasnt willing to make a fool of herself in front of the other Illyrians and thats why she didnt want to train. Nesta and Cassian begin working with swords after Nesta comments asking why they havent gotten to that yet. She receives Illyrian combat training from Cassian and Illyrian flight training from Azriel. They each gave her a part of their power making her a High Fae. They don't know she is the Hight Lady of the Night Court. Cassian and Feyre have a close, sibling-like relationship. During the next few weeks, Feyre's sadness and regret for not telling Tamlin she loves him increases.
