We always had this spotlight on how we were going to respond to the unexpected. Everything in life that youre ever going to want is based upon your ability to develop yourself. I think what I feel like Johns talking about here, is if you dont have skill sets to go along with the strengths, if you dont have rigors and disciplines to go along with the word, then its going to sound nice but youre not going to see that tangible momentum.
