The third album by the Cowsills starts most promisingly with the appropriately soaring "We Can Fly," which features one of the most thrilling sunshine pop choruses of the group's career. Throughout, the discs have different variations on the actual title of each disc, requiring a lot of clean-up work. Though nothing else on the album quite reaches those heights, this is probably the Cowsills ' most consistently entertaining album. On one disc, the artists and titles are reversed; on another, the artist is "We Can Fly" and the song is, for example, "The Rokes - When The Wind Arises".
